2‑4 a runner retired on the bases (caught stealing, picked off), written small in his box as the chain that got him
one dot per run driven in (RBI)
PH · PR · a substitute badged by his name — pinch hitter, pinch runner, or defensive sub
A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.

Curtis Mead drove in four — a double, a single, and a home run — and it was not close to enough. Mike Burrows gave up 10 runs in four and a third. Miles Mikolas got the win having allowed 7 earned runs in six innings, which tells you what kind of night this was. CJ Abrams hit a three-run homer in the third, his 19th, on a ball that left at 108.1 mph, and Washington scored at least five in that inning to take a lead they did not give back. Jose Altuve hit a three-run shot in the second and Yainer Diaz hit a two-run blast in the third. Houston kept scoring and kept losing ground. Clayton Beeter got the save with an inning and a third of clean work.
