Eleven men left on base is what the Brewers have to live with. Shane Drohan gave up three runs in 6.1 innings and took the loss, which is hard to swallow when the other starter walked three and needed 97 pitches for 4.2 innings. Bubba Chandler labored but left with the lead, and four Pittsburgh relievers each threw a scoreless inning after him. Brice Turang's two-run double in the fifth gave Milwaukee their only runs. Esmerlyn Valdez's two-run homer in the fourth started the scoring for Pittsburgh.
