Gunnar Henderson hit his 20th home run in the eighth — two runs to right center — and the Orioles held on. Baltimore had come back twice already: Richie Palacios doubled in a run in the second and Dylan Beavers singled in two in the seventh. The Rays scored three in the ninth on Jonathan Aranda's two-run single and Junior Caminero's RBI groundout, cutting the lead to one. Cam Sanders came in for the last out. Yennier Cano gave up three runs in two-thirds of an inning and nearly undid the lead Henderson built. Tampa Bay left ten on base, and the last rally fell a run short.
