The Cardinals managed four hits all night — one of them Iván Herrera's 9th-inning home run, 108.2 mph off the bat, 388 feet, with nobody on base and his team down three. Janson Junk threw five innings and gave up one of those hits: no runs, two walks, two strikeouts, 56 pitches. Miami didn't need much. Owen Caissie's second-inning single started it, Jakob Marsee walked in a run and later singled in another, and Agustín Ramírez added one in the 5th. Kyle Leahy absorbed the loss: five innings, eight hits, four earned, three walks. The Marlins left ten on base and still won by three. St. Louis left five and never got the inning that would have made it close.

2‑4 a runner retired on the bases (caught stealing, picked off), written small in his box as the chain that got him

A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.
