King gave up six hits, struck out five, walked nobody, and threw 93 pitches. The Braves put seven balls in play for hits, left eight on base, and scored zero. Grant Holmes walked five in 4.2 innings, and the only damage was Machado's line-drive homer to center on an 85.6 mph slider in the fourth. Adrian Morejon struck out two in the eighth. Mason Miller struck out two in the ninth. Atlanta had men on base in every inning except the second. None of them crossed.
