Every run scored on a swing — Machado and Harris traded homers in the fourth and fifth, Joey Bart's double put Atlanta ahead, and Albies hit a 95.5 mph sinker at 1-2 to left field for Atlanta's third. Ty France homered in the seventh to pull San Diego within one, but Victor Mederos took the last 2.1 innings and allowed a single hit. Austin Riley hit two balls harder than anyone in the game — 106.3 and 106.2 mph off the bat — and both died in the air at 375 and 356 feet. The Braves won without either.
