Chase DeLauter's two-run homer in the 1st gave Cleveland a quick lead, but Foster Griffin couldn't hold it. He gave up eight earned on seven hits in 2.1 innings — the 3rd inning alone produced six Baltimore runs. Dylan Beavers' two-run double tied it, Christian Encarnacion-Strand got drilled with the bases loaded, and the Orioles sent eight men to the plate before Griffin was done. Shane Baz won despite giving up five earned in 5.2 innings. Cleveland committed two errors and left eight on.
