The Astros managed four hits all night and Freddy Peralta didn't allow one of them — five innings, three walks, four strikeouts. Hayden Wesneski gave up six hits and seven runs in three, and Richie Palacios's three-run homer in the third was the swing that broke it open. Ronel Blanco threw four and a third in relief and gave up five earned on 62 pitches. Victor Mesa Jr.'s two-run triple in the first set the tone, and Tampa scored in six of the first seven innings.
