Lucas Spence hit his first triple of the season in the third — a liner to center that scored two and put Houston up 4-0. Ethan Pecko got the win with three innings of one-hit ball, and five relievers allowed four hits and nothing else. Christian Walker's 29th homer in the sixth made it 6-0, and Brady Basso took the loss with four earned in one inning. The Athletics had five hits, and none of them scored.
