Tyler Holton and Ty Madden held Boston scoreless across six innings, and then Ricky Vanasco came in for the seventh and gave up four runs on three hits and a walk in two-thirds of an inning. Duran's fourth homer — three runs on a 94.6 mph fastball at 2-1 — was the swing that decided it.
