Owen Caissie's two-run double in the seventh was the blow that turned a one-run game into the one Pittsburgh could not climb back from, and Liam Hicks's two-run homer in the eighth closed the door. Alcantara threw 102 pitches across eight innings — seven strikeouts, one walk — and left with a lead the bullpen never had to protect. Braxton Ashcraft had matched him for five frames before Wilber Dotel gave up four runs, three earned, in 1.2 innings. The Pirates scored in the third, the fifth, and the eighth, and never led after the fifth.

2‑4 a runner retired on the bases (caught stealing, picked off), written small in his box as the chain that got him

A ABS (Automated Ball‑Strike) challenge — filled = overturned
The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed.
