Dylan Lee came into the eighth and allowed four hits and four runs without finishing the inning, and Victor Mederos came in and gave up four more hits and three runs before recording an out. Andrew Painter walked four in five innings and left with the score tied, a line that holds up only when someone behind you can get an out. Alec Bohm's two-run double started the rally, 105.4 mph into center, and Kyle Schwarber's 108.6 mph single drove in two more. Lee and Mederos combined for seven runs without finishing an inning between them, and eleven Braves were left on base.
