The Rays scored twice in the first and twice in the second, and the Athletics spent the rest of the night climbing. Brady Basso gave up 7 hits and 4 runs in two and two-thirds, and the bullpen threw five and a third of one-hit relief behind him. Tommy White and Henry Bolte went back-to-back in the third and Shea Langeliers singled in a run in the sixth, but Cole Sulser retired the side in order to finish it.
