The diamond fills teal when the run scores; the out lands in the box of the runner it was made on. Names link to their pages at www.feverbaseball.com. New to the marks? The primer scores a full inning from scratch. Every pitch under these marks is typed, clocked and located off the same official feed. A hand-scorer could record what happened; nobody could record the pitch that did it.

Ben Williamson's sacrifice bunt in the first scored two because Noah Schultz threw it away, and Schultz needed 82 pitches to get through four and a third. Everson Pereira's three-run homer on an 0-0 slider in the third stretched the lead. Williamson, hitting ninth, drove in three more on doubles in the third and seventh, his third and fourth of the year. Chicago scored three in the third to get within a run, then added two more across the remaining innings.
